DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.1. Delivery Time

Your orders from within the country are shipped with Yurtiçi Cargo, and your orders from abroad are shipped with DHL Cargo. The products you purchase from Alexandrehome.com are delivered to the cargo company we have an agreement with within 1-5 business days. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

According to the relevant legislation; During the delivery of postal shipments to the recipient by service providers (postal-cargo companies); at a minimum; the name-surname, Turkish ID number (passport number for foreigners, number of equivalent documents with international validity, or the document number determining the identity issued by the Turkish authorities) of the delivery area are recorded and kept confidentially for at least two years to be submitted to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient does not want to provide their identity information, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

  1. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Cancelling an Order / Right of Withdrawal

2.1.1. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after creating it. Simply click once on the 'Cancel' button in your Orders menu.

2.1.2. Your refund will be processed simultaneously with the status of your order showing 'Cancelled'. The reflection of the refund to your card may vary from bank to bank but usually takes place within a few days, and you can track it in detail from your bank.

2.1.3. In case of a pricing error in the products you ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible, and you will be offered the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If you cannot be reached, the order will be considered cancelled, and the amount paid for the relevant products will be refunded to you. If the pricing error is obvious and definite, and it can be understood that the price registered on our company's website is obviously incorrect, our company will not be obliged to complete the sale of the products to you at a faulty price (lower than it should be, even after sending delivery confirmation to the Customer).

2.1.4. If the 'Cancel' button is not active, your 30-minute period has expired. In this case, cancellation cannot be made, but if you do not receive the order brought by the cargo or if you perform the RETURN/WITHDRAWAL procedure by receiving it, the return procedures can still be carried out.

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1. Procedure for Returning an Order / Right of Withdrawal

2.1.1. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and other relevant legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") without showing any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the products to himself or to the person notified to the Seller at the address.

2.1.2. In order for the Customer to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, it is a condition that the Customer makes a written notification to the Seller via e-mail to account@alexandrehome.com regarding the return within this period, the products are not of the type that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and that the products have not been damaged to prevent the resale of the product and that they have not been used in this way.

2.1.3. In determining the period of withdrawal;

  1. In cases where the goods are delivered separately despite being a single order, the day on which the Customer or the third party designated by the Customer receives the last goods,
  2. In the case of goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the Customer or the third party designated by the Customer receives the last part,

iii. In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period, the day the Customer or the third party designated by the Customer receives the first goods is taken into account.

2.1.4. If the Customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal by notifying the Seller in writing or orally through customer service within the 14 (fourteen) day period following the delivery of the product, the Seller is obliged to accept the returned products in their original condition at the time of sale, together with the delivery receipt sample and the original invoice, provided that all shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

If the Customer does not use the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and user manual, the Customer is responsible for any changes and deterioration that may occur, and the Customer must compensate for the decrease in the value of the products. The Seller will collect the products to be returned by the Customer due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal through the courier company agreed upon with the Seller and at the time (date) determined by mutual agreement with the Seller. In order for the Customer to learn the courier company with which the Seller has an agreement, the Customer must contact the Seller. The steps you need to take for the return are as follows;

  1. You can return the product you purchased to our depot address with the courier company ("Courier Company") we have an agreement with, free of charge within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received it from the cargo.
  2. To obtain your easy return code from the Courier Company; Click the 'Easy Return' button on the 'My Orders' page. Select the products you want to return and the reason for the return, then click the 'Create Return Request' button.

iii. Pack the products you will return and deliver them to the Courier Company with the easy return shipping code.

  1. Orders returned without an easy return shipping code will not be accepted. You can only process transactions with the Courier Company using the easy return shipping code. You can directly send your returns with the Courier Company to our return address, Fatih Sultan Bilgi sokak 53 A Sarıyer/İSTANBUL.
  2. If you want to return your product from our store, you just need to have your invoice or delivery note with you.

2.1.5. If the Customer sends the products to be returned through a courier company that is not agreed upon by the Seller, the shipping fee belongs to the Customer.

2.1.6. The Customer must return the product to the return address specified above within 14 (fourteen) days from the date he/she notified the Seller of exercising his/her right of withdrawal.

2.1.7. The Customer shall not be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts, and similar contracts not limited to these, along with the provisions regulated in the Regulation on Distance Contracts;

  1. Contracts related to the delivery of goods where the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; agreements on the delivery of goods that are not suitable for health and hygiene return,
  2. Contracts related to goods that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature,

iii. Contracts for services that have been started with the consent of the Customer before the end of the withdrawal period,

  1. Contracts related to goods or services whose prices fluctuate due to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider,
  2. Contracts related to products that are prepared according to the Customer's requests or personal needs, customized, altered, or added to, and personalized in this way,
  3. Contracts related to perishable or products with expiration dates,

vii. Contracts for services provided instantly in electronic media or non-material products delivered instantly to the Customer.

2.1.8. If your entire order is to be returned, you only need to send the first copy of your invoice; if there are items in your order that will remain with you, you should send only the first copy.

2.1.9. In addition to the return procedure described above, you can also return your items from our stores within the timeframes mentioned above.

2.1.10. In case of a request for a refund of payments made by the Customer with a credit card, the refund cannot be made in cash. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the price of the products and shipping costs will be refunded to the Customer's payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the right of withdrawal is exercised, in accordance with the relevant payment method of the Customer. If the Customer requests, the return fee can be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the Customer. The refund to the credit card will be made in accordance with the existing refund procedures of the banks. In cases where payment is made in installments, the refund will be made in accordance with the existing procedures of the banks. If the Seller is unable to make the refund due to reasons such as the Customer's credit card being cancelled/changed or not functioning for any reason, the Customer is obliged to collect the money from the Seller by applying in writing with the relevant documents obtained from the bank. In such a case, the Customer cannot claim any delay damages, interest, or similar claims from the Seller under any name.

2.1.11. The return period starts from the date it reaches our warehouse, not from the date you send it. In case the return shipment reaches the wrong address, the delivery time to our warehouse may vary.

2.1.12. Since you initiated the return shipment, you can request your tracking number from the courier company/branch you sent it from. With this number, you can track the shipment and check the delivery date.

2.1.13. When your refund is processed, an information email will be sent to the email address you provided us with.

2.1.14. Along with the product to be returned, it is necessary to send a letter including the original invoice, delivery note (all copies held by the Customer), and the reason for the return.

2.1.15. For products where compatibility problems may occur in product selection, technical support should be obtained, and then the appropriate product should be identified and ordered.

2.1.16. In case it is noticed that the product is defective at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the Seller in the manner it was shipped, and without requesting an additional shipping fee from the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days following this date. It will be replaced with a new one. In case the defect of the product is noticed after the delivery, the Customer notifies the Seller in writing or verbally through customer service. Following this notification, the products will be transported by the Seller with the courier company directed by the Seller, and the received products will be evaluated by the Seller. In case it is determined that the products are defective, the products subject to the notification will be replaced with new ones within 30 (thirty) business days following the date the return was received by the Seller without requesting an additional shipping fee. Otherwise, the price of the products will be refunded to the Customer.

2.1.17. Returns must be made strictly with the original box and/or packaging of the product. (The original box/packaging is the box or packaging of the product itself if available at the time of delivery. It is not the box in which your order was delivered.) Returns of products with damaged original boxes/packaging (such as torn original boxes/packaging, placed in a different box/packaging, additional shipping label/shipment or other information affixed to the box/packaging, or taped or written on with box tape) that have lost their economic value/resaleability, have been used even once, have been damaged in any way, or are in a condition that cannot be sold to another customer for any reason not attributable to the Seller, etc., will not be accepted.

2.2 Return Procedures

In accordance with the conditions mentioned above, the Customer will send the product to us in a sturdy cardboard box or similar packaging that will prevent damage to the original packaging (along with the product, invoice, delivery note, etc.).

When the return arrives properly, the return request is examined by our Returns Department and, if necessary, the product may be sent to the authorized service or supplier for testing.

If the return request meets the conditions specified above and the relevant legal regulations, the return process is initiated.

If it is determined that the product has been damaged or altered due to not being used in accordance with the instructions for use, normal operation, or technical specifications of the product within the withdrawal period, the Customer's return request may be rejected.

The return period may vary according to the refund policy of your bank where you made the purchase. After the return is examined by the returns department, the Customer is contacted, and either a new product is sent or a refund is issued according to the Customer's preference. Return requests that do not meet the specified conditions under these return procedures will not be accepted, and the respective product will be returned to the Customer without any refund.
